Returns (online purchases)
Not in love or not the right size? You can return your item within 14 days of placing your order and we will refund you or if you prefer you can exchange it for a different item. Return shipping is paid by the customer and shipping charges for exchange items apply and are due before an exchange item is being shipped.
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags still in place. Please note that you need to notify us of your return within 14 days of placing your order. You then have another 14 days to send back the item/s. Returns that are made after 14 days will result in us not accepting the return/refund.
Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded.
Covid 19 - Our premises are now closed as of 25th March 2020 until further notice.
If you would like to return an item, please do not ship to our shop address as we are now closed. We don't want your item to go missing in the post as it can't be delivered to the store. Please email us for special instructions during this time or click on the Facebook messenger button on the bottom right of the screen.
Wrong or faulty item?
If you have just opened your parcel and think that the item is faulty or that the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately at by email or phone on 01-6683945 and we are happy to help.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns (in-store purchases)
If you have purchased your item in our Dublin store, you can return your item within 7 days of date of purchase in exchange for a different item in-store or for a credit note. We do not offer cash refunds for returns of in-store purchases. Exchanges/Credit Notes will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags still in place. Please note that items that are returned later than 7 days will result in us not accepting the return.
