Returns Policy for Online Purchases

Not in love or not the right size? How to return an item you purchased online (for delivery or click and collect).

Please note that you have to notify us of your intention to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days for it to arrive with us. A return notification must be made in writing, it is not possible for us to accept return notifications over the phone or in person.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We currently cannot facilitate exchanges, if you would like another item, please place a separate order.

Please allow a processing time of 1-2 days for returns after we have received them. Once processed, refunds can take between 5-10 days to show back in your account.

It is your responsibility that the item arrives with us in resalable condition, with all tags in place, unused and in its original packaging.

✔️ Do

  • Use a tracked/signed for delivery service for peace of mind
  • Add your order number and name to the parcel so we know who sent it
  • Make sure to use suitable packaging that will protect the item and is big enough for it, like a cardboard box

 

❌ Don’t

 

  • Return items without notifying us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Use unsuitable packaging like plastic bags that don’t protect the item
  • Roll up the item or fold it across the chest/back pad, especially if it is a wetsuit as it may permanently crease and will not be resalable
  • Make a return without your order number and name 

Refunds will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still in place and in resaleable condition. Returns that are made after 14 days will result in us not accepting the return. 

If you would like to return an item, please email shop@surfdock.com. You can send returns to our shop address Surfdock, South Dock Road, Grand Canal Dockyard, Ringsend, Dublin 4, D04T970. You can also return an item in person at this address, however, you need to inform us in writing of your intention to make a return beforehand. Please make sure to check current opening hours in the footer at surfdock.com beforehand.

Please note that returns for in store purchases are handled differently.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

Wrong or faulty item? 

If you have just opened your parcel and think that the item is faulty or that the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately by email at shop@surfdock.com or phone on 01-6683945 and we are happy to help. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy for In Store Purchases 

How to return an item you purchased in store

Purchases made in store can be returned and exchanged for a gift card or a different item. Cash/Card refunds are not available. 

Please note that you have to return an item that was purchased in store within 7 days of your purchase.

You will need your email receipt or other proof of payment in order for us to process your return.

It is your responsibility to return the item in resalable condition, with all tags in place, unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still in place and in resaleable condition.

Returns that are made after 7 days will result in us not accepting the return.

Faulty item? 

If the item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase by email at shop@surfdock.com or phone on 01-6683945 and we are happy to help. This does not affect your statutory rights.
