Hat makes a massive difference in the cold water.
I hadn't had a neoprene hat before, so can't compare to other options.
The fastener at the back of the head is great, neat, and personally I prefer it to a fastener at the chun say.
Great little cap. Keeps head warm and dry. Snug fitting and covers ears. Very pleased with service and product
