Due to Brexit, there will be customs and tax charges due which are paid for by the recipient. These will be charged by the delivering courier and are due upon receipt of the order. The duties/taxes will depend on the value of the shipment. The UK has set the following thresholds for goods from the EU:
- for orders up to 135 GBP, a standard VAT of 20% will apply.
- for orders over 135 GBP additional duties/taxes may apply.

Bulky Items
Some items may be excluded from shipping to certain locations like surfboards. Other bulky items may be available to ship at a higher charge than regular shipping rates. It will show at checkout if an item cannot be shipped. If that is the case, please feel free to contact us as we might be able to get you a custom quote for delivery.

Click and Collect
You can place an order for click and collect if this option is shown to you at checkout. As not all stock is at our Dublin store, not all items will be available for click and collect but they may be available for shipping.
After you have placed your order, you have 7 days to collect it. When 7 days have passed we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
