Exchange / Return Policy
Surprise your watersports-loving friends with the gifts they really want this Christmas, knowing that should you get it not quite right, there is no problem for them to make an exchange with our Extended Exchange Policy for Christmas 2025:
Purchases of full price items online or in-store between the 6th November 2025 and 23rd of December 2025 fall under our extended Christmas Exchange Period and can be exchanged for another item or a gift card until Saturday 10th of January 2026. The item has to be received by us by this date either in-store or by post/courier, items returned at a later date can not be accepted. Items ordered from the 24th December 2025 onwards don't fall under this extended exchange policy.
Important, please note: Sale items are excluded from the extended exchange policy. Our standard returns policy for online or in-store purchases applies to sale items. A sale item is any item that is bought at a reduced price.

Sunday and Monday Closed
Extra Shopping Days for Christmas 2025:
Sunday 21st December 10am to 4pm
Monday 22nd December 10am to 4pm
The shop will close at 4pm Tuesday 23rd December for the Christmas holidays and reopen on Friday 2nd January at 10am. During this time you can email us at shop@surfdock.com and we will get back to you once the shop reopens.
