We currently ship orders to the EU and UK. We offer same day shipping for in stock items if an order is placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be shipped on the next business day.
We have a 14 day exchange or returns policy if items are unused and in resalable condition with tags intact.
Your order value is the total calculated at checkout and you will be able to see your delivery charge before you complete the checkout process. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will be given this option at checkout.

Some items may be excluded from shipping to certain locations like surfboards and surfboard bags. Other bulky items may be available to ship at a higher charge than regular shipping rates. It will show at checkout if an item cannot be shipped. If that is the case, please feel free to contact us as we might be able to get you a custom quote for delivery.

Extended Exchange Policy for Christmas 2020:
Shop in confidence for Christmas now. We want you to enjoy getting ready for Christmas knowing that should your gift be the wrong size or not quite the right item you have plenty of time to exchange it. We have extended our exchange policy starting on the 7th October 2020 for any online or in-store purchases made between now and the 24th December 2020. You will be able to exchange your purchases for other items or return them for a credit note until the 9th January 2021.

Not in love or not the right size?
You can return your item within 14 days of placing your order and we will refund you or if you prefer you can exchange it for a different item. Return shipping is paid by the customer and shipping charges for exchange items apply and are due before an exchange item is being shipped.
How to return an item that you purchased online
For peace of mind we recommend to use a tracked/'signed for' delivery service. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags still in place. Please note that you need to notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send back the item/s. Returns that are made after 14 days will result in us not accepting the return/refund. Extended Exchange Policy for Christmas 2020, see above. This policy is for exchanges only. If you would like a refund, please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
Wrong or faulty item?
If you have just opened your parcel and think that the item is faulty or that the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately at by email or phone on 01-6683945 and we are happy to help.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have purchased your item in our Dublin store, you can return your item within 7 days of date of purchase in exchange for a different item in-store or for a credit note. We do not offer cash refunds for returns of in-store purchases.
