You can place an order for click and collect if this option is shown to you at checkout. As not all stock is at our Dublin store, not all items will be available for click and collect but they may be available for shipping.
After you have placed your order, you have 7 days to collect it. When 7 days have passed we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
For click and collect opening hours, please always check the current opening hours in the footer at surfdock.com. Always wait for the email confirming that your order is ready for collection before coming down.
Shipping
We ship orders from Ireland to Ireland and the EU. GB Shipping is suspended due to Brexit, we hope to resume this soon. We are dealing with a high order volume and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of ordering.
Your order value is the total calculated at checkout and you will be able to see your delivery charge before you complete the checkout process. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will be given this option at checkout.

Place your order before 10am Monday to Thursday for next day shipping with DHL. Orders place before 10am on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 10am on Friday and on weekends will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (unless the Monday is a bank holiday when they will be shipped on the Tuesday). No shipping on weekends or bank holidays.

Bulky Items
Some items may be excluded from shipping to certain locations like surfboards. Other bulky items may be available to ship at a higher charge than regular shipping rates. It will show at checkout if an item cannot be shipped. If that is the case, please feel free to contact us as we might be able to get you a custom quote for delivery.

Returns Policy for Online Purchases
Not in love or not the right size? How to return an item you purchased online (for delivery or click and collect).
You can return your purchase within 28 days of receipt which means that the item you would like to return has to reach us by that day. It is your responsibility that the item arrives with us in resalable condition, with all tags in place, unused and in its original packaging. Please email us before you make a return at shop@surfdock.com.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you would like another item, please place a separate order.
Please allow a processing time of 1-2 days for returns after we have received them. Once processed, refunds can take between 5-10 days to show back in your account.
It is your responsibility that the item arrives with us in resalable condition, with all tags in place, unused and in its original packaging.

- Use a tracked/signed for delivery service for peace of mind
- Add your order number and name to the parcel so we know who sent it
- Make sure to use suitable packaging that will protect the item and is big enough for it, like a cardboard box
❌ Don’t
- Return items after your returns period has expired
- Use unsuitable packaging like plastic bags that don’t protect the item
- Roll up the item or fold it across the chest/back pad, especially if it is a wetsuit as it may permanently crease and will not be resalable
- Make a return without your order number and name
Refunds will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still in place and in resaleable condition. Returns that are received after 28 days will result in us not accepting the return.

How to return an item you purchased in store
Purchases made in store can be returned and exchanged for a gift card or a different item. Cash/Card refunds are not available. Sale Items are excluded from exchange.
Please note that you have to return an item that was purchased in store within 28 days of your purchase.
You will need your email receipt or other proof of payment in order for us to process your return.
It is your responsibility to return the item in resalable condition, with all tags in place, unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still in place and in resaleable condition.
